Hello! My name is Karina. I am from Boyle Heights/East LA, CA.

I received my BA in Political Science back in 2017 and have been working at education nonprofits since. I am currently a Program Coordinator for an EdTech nonprofit based out of Walnut Creek, CA. I have had the opportunity to help our educators across CA, NV and the country receive urgent distance learning professional development. In the role, I also had the opportunity to built out our company's CRM and it piqued my interest in transitioning to more technical roles. In my free time, I like to bake, run, paint and play with my dog.
