Our Cohort's Mission:

PowHER Up Cohort is a professional development program designed to empower women by helping them tap into their inner strength and embrace their unique stories. Our six-week program provides a safe and supportive environment for women to explore their self-worth and build their confidence. We emphasize the importance of readiness and courage in achieving personal and professional goals. Our agenda is customized to the needs and interests of our accepted members, ensuring that each participant gets the most out of their experience.
